Certain words used in this document have specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the bdbig website and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, on the platform.
• "We" or "bdbig" refers to the organisation that operates the platform.
• "Gaming Balance" refers to the total balance held in your account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to money provided for promotional purposes that cannot be withdrawn until specific wagering requirements are met.

These terms and conditions are made for users in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are aware of the applicable laws and regulations in your country and that it is your own responsibility to comply with them. bdbig reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, for any reason or no reason.

To open an account and use gaming services on the bdbig platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request an identity document or other official proof at any time for age verification.

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts exist under the same person's name:

• All accounts may be cancelled.
• All bonuses may be forfeited.
• Accumulated winnings may be withheld.
• You may be permanently banned from registering in the future.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. If an account is created with false information, it may be closed at any time and the associated balance may be cancelled. If your information changes, it is the user's responsibility to update the account.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach, notify our support team immediately. Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

The following rules apply when depositing funds at bdbig:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Transactions made using a third party's payment account may be cancelled.
• All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity.
• Only real cash balances in your account are withdrawable; bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

For security and fraud prevention purposes, bdbig may request identity verification documents at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID card, passport, or other official documents. The withdrawal process may be delayed until verification is complete.

New members can receive up to a 100% bonus of ৳15,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, the bonus offer must be activated and a minimum deposit of ৳300 must be made.

• Bonus wagering requirement: 15x (you must wager 15 times the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus will be cancelled.

The bdbig VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Moving up to a higher VIP tier requires regular gaming activity and demonstrated loyalty to the platform.

The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Multiple family members claiming bonuses from the same device or IP address.
• Following unusual betting patterns after taking advantage of a bonus.
• Referring yourself in order to earn a commission.

All games on bdbig are conducted fairly and transparently. The rules of game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, Ezugi, and NetEnt) apply, and in the event of a dispute, the provider's logs and system records will be considered final.

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet will be returned.
• If the internet connection is lost, the game round is saved on the server.
• Attempting to profit from any error or bug in the gaming software is prohibited.
• The use of automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.

For all sports betting including cricket, football, and kabaddi:

• Bets will be settled only after the result is confirmed.
• Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and all other international cricket matches.
• If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, bets will be settled according to the provider's rules.
• bdbig reserves the right to cancel bets placed on clearly erroneous odds.

Attempting to win by colluding with other players or by any fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be cancelled. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

bdbig uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal and financial information. Our fair play policy ensures that no game result is predetermined and that all users have an equal chance. Your personal information is never sold or transferred to third parties.

• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, government directives).
• Issues with the user's own device.
• Indirect or incidental losses arising from gaming.

In any situation, bdbig's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days. We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from gaming outcomes.

bdbig reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Efforts will be made to notify users in advance of significant changes. However, it is recommended to re-read this page before each use of the platform.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective. Choosing not to exercise a right in relation to any one clause does not mean permanently forfeiting that right.
